The Greatest Mystery of All: Part 11, A Summary of the Tribes–A Christian in the Fullness of Christ

Here on this map is a spiritual picture of a person in the fullness of Christ in the end times superimposed over a geographical representation of history. May God be glorified as we see the perfection of his Word portrayed in this revelation. Truly our God is amazing beyond words and his Word is perfect and absolutely true.
This revelation is not based on one particular scripture or someone’s teaching taken out of context. This is based in the whole history of Jacob and his sons as revealed in several Old Testament books. It could only be revealed and understood by those of us who are now standing on the cusp of the greatest event of all time—Jesus Christ the head coming to be joined with his body as One Person in the fulfillment of his prayer in John 17:
I do not pray for these alone, [His Disciples] but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
A Summary of Jacob’s Sons and the Map
At the top of the map in the very highest place we see Asher. His name means happiness, and he in type reveals the ultimate fulfillment of 1 Peter 1:
(God) who according to his abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.
Our map is a picture of us in our incorruptible inheritance that is undefiled and does not fade away. This has been reserved for us to be revealed in these last days when we will enter this heavenly realm of the complete salvation of our souls while still on earth. In this we greatly rejoice and even rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory.
As we enter here where no one but Jesus has entered before, we will be like the high priest entering into the holy of holies into the very presence of God. When Jesus died and the veil in the temple was “rent in twain,” the way was made possible for us to enter in also. Unlike the high priest of the Old Testament, we will not have to exit the holy of holies but we will live there continually in joy inexpressible and full of glory.
So this is Asher at the very top of our map lying alongside of Naphtali, our spiritual mind, and Zebulun, our spiritual body. These are the highest and most spiritual parts of our being because these were designed by God to be our connection with heaven.
Nestled up next to our spiritual mind, Naphtali, and our spiritual body, Zebulun, while touching our redeemed natural body, Manasseh, is Issachar, our holy imagination. He is a great connector for communication between our natural, earthly self and our Lord in heaven. After the awakening of the spiritual parts of our being, when one uses one’s holy imagination to picture Jesus when worshiping him, his presence is felt much more strongly.
We see on our map that Zebulun, our spiritual body also lies alongside of Manasseh, our redeemed natural body. There is communication from God in heaven that comes through our bodies. The Lord speaks into my spiritual mind, my holy imagination and my body. Here is how I experience this:
I’ll be thinking about something—perhaps a conversation I would like to have with someone or a conversation I have already had with someone. (This is happening in my holy imagination.) As I think about a particular thing, Jesus touches my body in a way of communication that tells me what he wants me to know regarding this thing. For example:
One day I was sitting at my kitchen table thinking about talking to my doctor and telling him I believe I would like to change my diet such that I quit eating grains. (This was going on in my holy imagination.) At that very moment, I felt the Lord touching my right shoulder very gently. I have come to know that this means yes. The next day I received my daily newsletter from Dr. Mercola that was all about why we should not eat grains. Grains turn to sugar once we eat them, and they are also among the most highly genetically modified foods in the American diet. By grains I mean wheat, corn, rice, oats, millet, barley, and rye.
That happened in April of 2011. I immediately stopped eating grains and I still don’t eat them today. I already knew I was not to eat sugar. When I cut out grains I lost twenty pounds which took me to the weight I was in high school. I am still at that weight and enjoy marvelous good health and don’t need any pharmaceutical drugs.
Jesus spoke to us through stories when he was on earth. The understanding and significance of these stories were, and continue to be, processed and made meaningful through our imagination. He still speaks through stories that occur in our mind in our holy imagination. He speaks in many ways but this is just one I’m using by way of illustration to show how the spiritual mind, the spiritual body and the holy imagination operate together to help us hear from God on the natural side of our being.
On the map just below and connected to the natural body, Manasseh, is the redeemed natural mind, Ephraim. This natural mind relates to life on our physical earth and directs our natural body in all its activities just as the spiritual mind, Naphtali, at the top of the map directs the spiritual body, Zebulun. Now that this person is in the fullness of Christ, he is living in two realms, heaven and earth, both at the same time. In this state, no longer will heaven be hidden from us behind a veil, but fully visible so we will have communion with angels and departed saints. Demon spirits will no longer have the advantage of secrecy because all things will be revealed by the light of Christ in us, and they will have to obey us even as they obeyed Jesus.
Looking once again at our map, we see that Dan, our conscience, is still with us and still connected to Ephraim, our natural mind. Will we still need a conscience when we are in perfection? Yes. The name Dan means judge. Whereas before our perfection he helped us judge ourselves, now he will help us judge others as we come into our role of judging the world (1 Cor 6:2).
Adjoined to our natural mind (Ephraim) and our discernment (Dan) is Benjamin. He represents the great end time ministries that will go forth from the people who come into the fullness of Christ.
These great ministries, Benjamin, are connected to not only the natural mind and its discernment but also to the true self, Judah. The entire southern border of Benjamin is resting upon Judah, the true self. This is important because we will minister to others free of all fear or false motives because these ministries will be rooted in our solid foundation of knowing God and knowing we are deeply loved by him. These are characteristics of a person whose identity is firmly planted on the Rock, Jesus Christ.
Part of this foundation is based in Simeon, hearing God and obeying him. Judah, the true self completely surrounds Simeon such that we can see that foundational to our identity in Christ is our ability to hear him and obey him. The true self does not need the affirmation of other people. The true self does not need to find identity through the ministry because it knows who it is in Christ and that knowing him and obeying him brings the greatest joy and fulfillment possible.
Living in Two Realms
We can see that our map reveals a biblical, geographical representation of human beings in the fullness of Christ living in heaven and on earth at the same time. With our spiritual components fully awakened and matured, we will be able to see into spiritual realms that were previously closed to us. We will be able to see Jesus, his holy angels and, I believe, departed saints who are here to join us in this great end time battle to save humanity and planet earth, not only from the clutches of the wicked but also to free all creation from the curse. Miracles will abound not just from one person as it was when Jesus walked among us, but from his body comprised of many persons in his fullness through whom he can work his work to usher in his kingdom fully on earth.
The Other Side of Jordan
Looking at the territories of the tribes that chose to stay on the east side of the Jordan River, we see things that have always been a part of our lives but that will no longer be with us.
At the top on the east side is the other half of Manasseh. This is the half of our physical body in which the curse of sin and death has dwelt. These will be gone along with aging and its effects on our bodies. For our body on the west side of the Jordan River in the Promised Land, wrinkled skin will become smooth. Arthritis will no longer affect our joints. Cancer will cease to exist. Our veins will be cleared of cholesterol. Hearts will be strong. No high blood pressure will be present nor any of the maladies that affect most people’s bodies as they age.
On our map of the east side and sandwiched in between Manasseh and Reuben is Gad. Gad, as one skilled in warfare, is extremely important for helping us enter our Promised Land, but once we are there, he is no longer needed. When we are fully indwelt with Jesus, all our battles will have ceased and we will have entered our Sabbath rest.
Reuben, as technology, has also helped us enter our inheritance here on earth because he has provided for all our physical needs with a plethora of amazing inventions—inventions that have done our work for us, transported us quickly and safely anywhere we wanted to go, and made information from all over the world available to us in a split second. These are just a few of the amazing things technology has been able to provide for us, but once the curse of sin and death is no longer with us, all our physical and mental limitations will no longer exist and he will not be needed.
